UZL series high-speed rotary bottle unscrambler is a main equipment specially designed to work with three-in-one monoblock of rinser, filler and capper in application of the high quality electric parts imported. All working process of the machine is controlled by PLC and speed adjustment system by inverter, to ensure stable bottle output and prevent bottles from tumbling and squeezing. The exit for bottle outputs is equipped with bottle sorter to remove unqualified bottle tumbled or distorted or others else. At the entrance of the air conveyor fixed with device for automatically restoring the pose of the clamped bottles, which can make the machine run more smoothly and reliably with high efficiency and working speed.
