JDB-1 solid setting bearing is a high performance solid lubricating product inlaid into a special formula lubricant on high strength brass base. It breaks through the limitations of depending on oil film lubrication for ordinary bearings. In the course of application, an excellent condition of oil, powder co-existing lubrication is formed through friction heat, which both protects the shaft no abrasion and makes solid lubrication property perpetual. Its hardness and also wearing performance is one time higher than ordinary copper liners. At present, it is widely used in metallurgy joint casting machine, train stand, rolled steel equipment, mining machinery, shipping, gas turbine and so on under the circumstances of high temperature, over-loading, low velocity and heavy load, etc.

It is made of high quality low-carbon steel, and with lead-tin-bronze alloy surface. Is sintered several times under high temperature and then stick firmly onto the steel plate. It has high fatigue strength, load capacity and shock resistance. It applies con-rod of automobile engines, transmission gear-box, construction & agriculture machinery etc.
FT090 derive from FB090 bearings, but with the difference that the indentations on the sliding surface are replaced by through-holes which have a greater capacity to collect the lubricant compared with the indentations. These indents serve as lubricant reservoirs to rapidly build up a lubrication film in the start movement and therewith reduce the start friction. The material suitable for constructions, agriculture etc where high load and slow movement are occurring.
The bearing surface of the FT090 should be reduced by 15% in consideration of the through-holes.
